Warren County Traffic Court Process
Traffic cases in Warren County begin with a citation. The officer notes the court date on the ticket. You must respond before that date. Your options include paying the fine or appearing in court.
The District Court handles all traffic violations. This includes misdemeanors and ordinance violations. Felony cases start here before going to Circuit Court. The clerk schedules hearings and maintains all records.
If you choose to appear, check in at the clerk's office. Bring your citation and photo ID. The judge will explain your rights and options. You may plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest.

Obtaining Copies of Warren County Traffic Records
